SELISIK.COM – PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) memegang Sertifikat Operator Udara AOC 135-028. Didirikan pada tahun 2004, Susi Air semula beroperasi hanya dengan 2 pesawat pada bulan Desember 2004. Seiring berjalannya waktu, Susi Air terus berkembang hingga kini. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan layanan, manajemen mencari pegawai baru.

1. HR Recruitment

Requirements :

Bachelor degree in Psyhcology or Human Resources Management;
Minimum experience 2 years in aviation company or related field;
Experienced in end-to-end recruitment process;
Excellent verbal and written English commuication skill;
Able to conduct psychological testing and explain the result to user;
Persuasive and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement recruitment plan, including all recruitment process and regarding organizational development.
Ensure recruitment processes are in accordance with procedures based on recruitment policy
Resposible for end to end recruitment process from screening to exit interview & off boarding
Ensure that all employee have job description and coordinating with all user
In charge for talent acquisition including talent pool management

Curriculum Vitae/Resume;
Scan of Official ID (KTP) & Bachelor/Diplom Certificate (Ijazah);
License, Certificate & other Additional Documents (optional);

2. Management Trainee Finance & Accounting

Requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable university.
Maximum age 25 years old.
Familiar with accounting software
Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
Able to work individually and within a team
Work well under pressure
Creative, innovative, and have a good character
Excellent organizational skill
Skilled in multitasking
Flexible in terms of working hours
Able to work in an agile environment
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
